We had Josh from CJ Brubacher attend our home to replace the main water pipe coming into our home from the street. Josh was a fantastic plumber and extremely professional, all of this is despite lying on his side in a trench filled with 3 inches of water for 1.5 hours to dig out the required space to get the new pipe into place. I was very impressed with Josh and I hope you take good care of him as an employee! I’m certain there are lots of organizations that would like to have Josh on their team. I highly recommend CJ Brubacher to anyone who needs plumbing work done. These guys did a great job for us and we are happy with their service- we had them break up the concrete in our basement to replace an old, clogged pipe that we weren’t able to unclog with snaking. – Their price is reasonable. What I liked about this company is that they’ll give you an exact estimate over phone/email if you describe the problem, and they won’t go over that amount, so there are no hidden costs. – They are not pushy and they made sure they answered all of our questions thoroughly before we decided to hire them. – They are really easy to communicate with over email, phone and in person. – They work professionally and on time. – They gave us good advice on how we should go about fixing the pipe. – They give you about 1 month to pay your invoice bill, so money is not expected right away. – The secretary is also a super nice lady and gets you booked as soon as possible. *We will definitely be back with these guys if we have any plumbing issues in the future!Service: Repair pipe

We just had these guys in to fix our water softener. Communication with them was great throughout, which is the #1 thing I’m looking for from a service professional. Their initial response to me email inquiry was very fast and they did some troubleshooting with me over phone/email to make sure someone needed to come out. They gave me a clear quote upfront. During the service appointment they were very communicative about what they were doing and why, and they gave us good advice for the future. I will absolutely contact them the next time I have a plumbing issue.

Water Softener filter change. We have had a few visits from CJ Brubacher services, but most memorable is with Mike Martin. Always pleasant, competent and thorough, we ask for him at every opportunity. His communication skills are excellent, and added advice helpful. Everyone I dealt with at CJ was friendly, respectful, and knowledgeable. I really liked their timeliness as well. Mike came out to quote the job and give input on my options (I had a few taps that weren’t working, as well as some replacements needed and I felt like I couldn’t adequately explain my issues over the phone). Chris was the plumber scheduled for the job – he arrived on time and got each task done and left each area clean. Within two and a half hours Dallas was in and had everything fixed up for us! He was very knowledgeable and friendly. Chris was here from C J Brubacher in July and did a tap repair and drain unblocking. Chris was very professional with his work and answered a number of questions I had. Chris was also here on Aug. 17 to remove an old dishwasher and install a new dishwasher. Chris was professional, efficient in his work and helpful with my questions in regards to the dishwasher.
